NOTICE is hereby given that the SEVEN-

TEENTH ORDINARY MEETING of Shareholders in this Company will be held at the Company's Office, Victoria Buildings, on Tuesday, the 6th February, 1906, at 12 o'clock. noon, for the purpose of receiving the Report of the Directors together with State- ment of Accounts for the year ending 31st December. 1905.

The Registr of Shares of the Company will be closed from Monday, the 29th January, to Tuesday, the 6th February, (both days in- clusive), during which period no transfer of Shares can be registered.
