NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition
presented to the Supreme Court of Hongkong on the 1st December, 1914, for confirming a Special Resolution reducing the capital of the above named Company from Dollars Seven hundred and fifty thousand to Dollars One hundred and fifty thousand by reducing the nominal value of the shares from Dollars Twenty-five each to Dollars Five each is directed to be heard before the Chief Justice of Hongkong on Monday. the 11th day of January, 1915, at 10.30 in the forenoon. Any creditor or shareholder of the Company desir- ing to oppose the making of the Order for the reduction of the capital of the Company under the said Ordinances should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his Counsel for that purpose and a copy of the Petition will be furnished to any creditor or share- holder of the Company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charges for the same.
