The successful tenderer will be required to sign a formal contract containing conditions to be prescribed by the Board and also to give security by depositing a sum of $200 in the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation in the name of the Honourable Colonial Treasurer: failing compliance with these requirements the sum deposited by the tenderer will be forfeited.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

No. S. 366.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in duplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for the Fish-refuse Contract", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Tuesday, the 1st December, 1914, for the daily collection and removal of fish-refuse from the Government Markets at Sai Ying Pun, Western, Central and Wanchai Districts, So Kon Po, Yaumati and Tsim Sha Tsui for the period of one year, from the 1st March next.

For form of tender apply at the Colonial Secretary's Office.
No tender will be considered unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited in the Treasury the sum of $25 as a pledge of the bona fides of his offer.
