No Creditor can vote unless he previously proves his debt.

Forms of Proof and Proxy can be obtained and filled in at the Official Receiver's Office during office hours.

At the First General Meeting the Creditors will be asked to consider whether the Debtors shall be adjudged Bankrupt.

OTICE is hereby given that the Petition. Declaration, Complete Specification and Office Copies of the Letters Patent required by the above mentioned Ordinances have been duly filed in the Office of the Colonial Sec- retary of Hongkong and that it is the intention of the above named HANS FREDERIC LARSEN to apply to His Excellency the Governor-in- Council, at 9.30 on the 26th November, 1914, for Letters Patent for the exclusive use within the Colony of Hongkong of the said invention.

OTICE is hereby given that the partner-

ship heretofore subsisting between LI SHUK WAI alias LI WAI TONG and TONG LAI CHUEN carrying on business under the name and style of the KING EDWARD HOTEL, at Victoria, Hongkong, has this day been dis- solved. All debts due to and owing by the late partnership business will be received and paid respectively by the said TONG LAI CHUEN who will continue to carry on the said business under the name and style above mentioned.
