CENTENNIAL MILL COMPANY, of Seattle, in the State of Washington, in the United States of America, Merchant Millers, have, on the 29th day of January, 1914, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Marks :-

1. The representation of the face and part of the body of a negro, dressed as a chef, holding in his left hand a plate containing a loaf of bread and in his right hand a knife. Above the said representation appears the word (in blue) "Centennial”, a blue and white Star is depicted under the word 'Centennial and below the said repre- sentation appears the name (in black) *Centennial Mill Co.”

2. The device of a grey Circle line out- side with red, with a yellow centre also lined with red, with a red Band placed diagonally across the Circle.
