NOTICE is hereby given that an Extre

ordinary General Meeting of the HONGKONG HOTEL COMPANY, LIMITED, will be held at the Hongkong Hotel, Pedder Street, Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, on Satur- day, the third day of October, 1914, at 12 o'clock noon when the subjoined resolution which was passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on the 12th day of September, 1914, will be submitted for confirmation as a Special Resolution :-

That the regulations contained in the

printed document submitted to the Meeting and for the purpose of identification subscribed by the Chairman thereof, be and the same are hereby approved and that such regulations be and they are hereby adopted as the Articles of the Com. pany in substitution for, and to the exclusion of, all the existing Articles thereof.
