NOTICES TO MARINERS.
THE following information has been received from H.B.M.'s Acting Consul-General at Bangkok: ---
"Notice is hereby given that a wreck, apparently a capsized junk. has been reported floating in the Channel between the Sunken Junks Light Ship and the Green Light Ship, about half a mile South of the Sunken Junks Light Ship. Masters are advised to keep a good look out when crossing the Bar, as the wreck
is considered a danger to navigation."

KANGAROO ISLAND-BACKSTAIRS PASSAGE.
Cape St. Albans Light.

MASTERS of Vessels and others are hereby informed that on and after the night of August 14th, 1914, the unwatched fixed light, which is at present exhibited from Cape St. Albans, will be altered to an unwatched A.G.A. Flashing Light, showing 23 flashes per minute, as follows:---
Duration of flash, 0'5 seconds; duration of eclipse, 2.5 seconds.
In clear weather the light should be visible at a distance of 14 miles, and between the same bearings as formerly, that is to say-White between the bearings of 118° (Mag. S. 67° E.), and 264° (Mag. S. 79° W.); and red from 264° (Mag. S. 79° W.) to 355° (Mag. N.) over the Scraper Shoal, or till obscured by Cape Willoughby.
Approximate position, Latitude 35° 48' S., Longitude 138° 7' E.
This affects Admiralty Charts Nos. 2389, 1014, and 25.

Lighted Wreck Buoy moored.
NOTICE is hereby given that the following lighted wreck buoy has been moored in the vicinity of Yojibei-iwa, Shimonoseki Strait, in order to mark the position of the wreek “Yoji- maru," dredger.
Yojiber Lighted Wreck Buoy.
Description Iron frustum of cone, painted green, surmounted by a lattice-work
supporting a lantern.
Height of light :-lo shaku above the water.
Character of light :-Pintsch's gas occulting green, light 4 seconds, eclipse 4 seconds. Illuminated arc :-The whole horizon.
Visible distance :— -4 nautical miles in clear night.
Depth of water :-About 7 fathoms at L. W. S. T.
