Application for Registration of
Trade Marks.
OTICE is hereby given that Hugo C. A. FROMM of Hongkong, 20, Des Voeux Road, has on the 26th day of May, 1914, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark:-

The interior of a Chinese library, in which C
a Chinese is sitting on a chair read- ing in a book. There are further two Chinese girls in the room, the one standing and holding an open book in her hands; the other girl sitting on a stool and holding a closed book on her knees. A small Chiness boy, standing on a stool, is occupied with putting away or fetching books. Through an open door another Chinese girl is looking into the li brary. The whole picture is surround ed by a fancy border, in the upper part of which appear the following three Chinese characters
meaning 10,000 books.
in the name of HUGO C. A. FROMM. who claims to be the sole proprietor thereof.
The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicant in respect of the following goods :-
Cotton Piece goods of all kinds in Class 24. Cloths and stuffs of wool or hair in Class

A facsimile of the said Trade Mark can be seen at the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks.
