Vœux Road Central, Victoria, Hongkong, Manufacturers of and Dealers in Perfumery and Chemical and other preparations and articles, have by their applications dated respectively 10th January, 1914 and 12th January, 1914, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Marks :-

Such Trade Marks are associated with Trade Marks Nos. 12 of 1908, 112 of 1909, 113 of 1909, 114 of 1909 and 132 of 1913 and with each other.

Trade Mark 1 has been used by the Applicants since 1st February, 1910, and registration is sought in respect of the following goods :—

Glycerine and Rose Water, in Class 48.

Trade Mark 2 has been used by the applicants since 1st November, 1913, and registration is sought in respect of the following goods :-

Face Cream, in Class 48.
