NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition
presented to the Supreme Court of
Hongkong, on the 29th June, 1914, for con-
firming a Special Resolution reducing the capital of the above-named Company from Taels 300 000 to Taels 120,000 by reducing the par value of the shares from Taels 50 each to Taels 20 each is directed to be heard before the Chief Justice of Hongkong on Tuesday, the 4th day of August, 1914, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon. Any Creditor or Shareholder of the Company desiring to oppose the making of the Order for the reduction of the Capital of the said Company under the above Ordi- nances should, appear at the time of hearing by himself or his counsel for that purpose and a copy of the Petition will be furnished to any Creditor or Shareholder of the Company requiring same by the undersigned on pay- ment of the regulated charges for same.

That the Company be wound up vol- untarily under the provisions of the Companies Ordinance, 1911, and that WONG WAN YÜ, the Manager of the Company be and he is hereby ap- pointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.
