In the Matter of an Application made by THOMAS COLEMAN nd FRANK COLEMAN both of Alfre- ton Road, Derby, Country of Derby, England, Manufacturers for a grant of Letters Patent in respect of an invention "for improvements in or relating to means for drying or beating sand grit or like materials".

OTICE is hereby given that the Petition, Declaration and Office Copies of the Letters Patent and complete Specification required by the above mentioned Ordinances have been duly filed in the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hongkong and that is the intention of the above named THOMAS COLEMAN and FRANK COLEMAN by Messrs. DENNYS & BOWLEY their Solicitors to apply to His Excellency the Governor for Letters Patent for the exclusive use within the Colony of Hongkong of the said invention.
