NEWCHWANG DISTRICT.
Sunken Pontoon outside Liao River Bar.
NOTICE is hereby given that an iron pontoon, while in tow of the S.S. Isshin Maru, on the 17th May, off the entrance to the Liao River, broke adrift and sank outside the Bar.
The position of the wrecked pontoon has not yet been located, and vessels making the entrance to the Liao River should do so with caution.
