No. S. 185.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in duplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for the purchase of Pine Trees, Brushwood and Prunings from Trees", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until noon of Saturday, the 4th July, 1914.

For specification and further particulars apply at this Office.
No tender will be considered unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited in the Colonial Treasury the sum of $50 as a pledge of the bonâ fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown, it such person shall refuse to carry out his tender, should his tender be accepted.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the highest or any tender.

in case of failure or refusal to carry out the terms of the tender.
Form of tender may be obtained at the Colonial Secretary's Office, and this form only must be used.
For further particulars apply at the Office of the Captain Superintendent of Police. The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
