both of No. 11, Bonham Strand, West, Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, Merchants,
trading under the style or firm name of WING LEE WAI (RF) at No. 11, Bonham Strand, West. Victoria aforesaid, have on the 3rd day of April, 914, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark :—

in the joint names of WONG SEWAI and KO YIK KAM, who claim to be the proprietors thereof. Such Trade Mark has not been registered elsewhere and has not hitherto been used by the applicants in respect of Fermented Liquors and Spirits, in Class 43, but it is their intention so to use it forthwith.

The Trade Mark No. 2 is also intended to be used by the Applicants forthwith, in respect of Polishing Soaps, Boot Polish, Metal Polish and Polishes generally, in Class 50.
