SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
1. The Purchaser shall be entitled to a permit to occupy such portions of the buildings forming part of the old Police Station as are on Crown land and which adjoin the Lot sold on the East side subject to a condition that the same shall be removed at the cost of the Purchaser on three months' notice from the Land Officer and the ground left clear to his satisfaction.
2. The Purchaser of the Lot shall be entitled to an annual permit subject to con- cellation on three months' notice of the existing pier opposite the Lot at the annual rent of $45 when and so soon such pier is no longer required for Police purposes.

It is hereby notified that scaled tenders in duplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for training nullahs", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 29th day of June, 1914, for training nullahs south west of Marine Lot 239 and Inland Lot 1,355 and for forming Belcher's Street south of Marine Lot 239.
No work will be permitted on Sundays.
