The Purchaser of the Lot will also have to defray the cost of erecting any fence which the Director of Public Works may consider necessary for the protection of persons using Kennedy Road and the cost of diverting any electric, gas, water or other mains between the points A and B on sale plan, to pay the sum of $300 towards the cost of connecting the drains from the Lot to the Government Sewers, $44 for boundary stones and $30 for the Crown Lease.
