Japan has declared Hongkong a Plague-infected port, and ships leaving Hong- kong for Japan after the 30th May will be subjected to special inspection at the first Japanese Port."

Tsuruga Harbour.

NOTICE is hereby given that the following changes have taken place to the Aids to Navigation in Tsuruga Harbour, Province of Yechizen:
Tsuruga-ko Temporary No. 1 Buoy has been withdrawn.
Tsuruga-ko Temporary Lighted Buoy has been shifted to the very position of the preced- ing buoy, withdrawn, and renamed Tsuruga-ko Lighted Buoy.
Tsuruga-ko Temporary No. 2 Buoy has been renamed Tsuruga-ko Buoy.

Information has been received from the Port Officer, Cochin, that the Bar and Spit buoys at the Cochin Harbour entrance and the Quarantine buoy in the inner harbour will be removed for the ensuing monsoon on or about the 15th May, 1914.
