(c.) prescribing the fees to be paid on registration
as a Dental Surgeon;
(d.) prescribing the fees to be paid on the grant of a certificate of exemption from the provisions of this Ordinance;
(e.) generally for the better carrying out of the
provisions of this Ordinance.

9. This Ordinance shall come into operation on the Date of
