NOTICH is hereby given that an Extra-
ordinary General Meeting of the above Company will be held at No. 3, Queen's Road Central, Victoria, Hongkong, being the Com- pany's Head Offices in Hongkong, on Thursday, the 23rd day of April, 1914, at 12 o'clock Noon, when the subjoined Resolution will be proposed as an Extraordinary Resolution:-
"That the Memorandum and Articles of "Association of the Company be respec- "tively extended, altered, and amended 480 as to read as shown in the print "signed for the purpose of identification "by the Chairman of this Meeting, "and that such extended, altered and "amended Memorandum and Articles "of Association be henceforth adopted "as the Memorandum and Articles "of Association of the Company to "the exclusión of those heretofore "prevailing."

And Notice is hereby also given that a further Extraordinary General Meeting of the Com- pany will be held at No. 3, Queen's Road Central, Victoria, Hongkong, on Monday, the 11th day of May, 1911, at twelve o'clock Noon, for the purpose of receiving a report of the proceedings at the above-mentioned Meeting and of confirming, if thought fit, as a Special Resolution, the above-mentioned Resolution.
Prints of the proposed extensions, altera- tions and amendments of the Memorandum and Articles of Association have been circulat- ed to the shareholders, and a print thereof can be seen at the Head Office of the Company.
