for the Winding up of the above-named Company by the Supreme Court of Hongkong was on the 16th day of March, 1914, presented to the said Court by SUN FAI SHAN at present residing at Shek Ki, Kwong Tung, in the Empire of China and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at the Supreme Court, Hongkong on the 23rd day of April, 1914, at 10.30 in the forenoon and any creditor or contributory of the said Company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing by himself or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said Company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

2. By resolution determine whether or not an application shall be made to the Court for the appointment of a committee of inspection to act with the liquidator, and who are to be the members of the committee if appointed.

Note:-If a liquidator is not appointed by the Court the Oficial Receiver will be the liquidator.
