No. S. 71.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in duplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for the Construction of a Trough Closet at Blake Garden", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 23rd day of March, 1914, for the construction of a Public Trough Closet at Blake Garden.
No work will be permitted on Sundays.

NOTICES TO MARINERS.
WHEN a steamer is approaching a wharf for the purpose of going alongside, and has approached within two ships' lengths of such wharf, no vessel shall pass between such steamer and the wharf, except such as are employed in running lines from such steamer.
