No. S. 58. It is hereby notified that the following Sales of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the Police Station, Au Tau, at 10 a.m., on Thursday, the 5th day of March, 1914.
The Lots are sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent, Lots Nos. 1533, 2039, 3339 and 712 as Building Lots, and Lots Nos. 694, 748, 484, 475, 476, 110 and 1191 as Agricultural Lots, subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 365 of 1906 and to the Special Condition No. 5 published in Government Notification No. 278 of 1911. Lots Nos. 694, 748, 484, 475, 476, 110 and 1191 are further subject to Special Conditions Nos. 1, 2 and 3 published in Government Notification No. 697 of 1909. Lots Nos. 475, 476, 110 and 1191 are also subject to the Special Condition hereunder specified.
The amount to be spent on each Building Lot in rateable improvements under the General Condition No. 5 is $100.

SPECIAL CONDITION.
The Purchaser or Purchasers of Lots Nos. 475, 476 and 110 shall, within the first three years, expend a sum of not less than $350 in improvements on each Lot to the satis- faction of the Land Officer, and the Purchaser of Lot No. 1191 shall, within the first 3 years, expend a sum of not less than $450 in improvements on such Lot to the like satisfaction.
