Barat Bank-Buoy Light.
INFORMATION has been received that the Wigham Buoy with occulting white light established on the Barat Bank has broken adrift.
Mariners are warned accordingly.
The Buoy will be replaced as soon as possible.

Channels Below North Tree Beacon in Unstable Condition.
NOTICE is hereby given that the channels between North Tree Beacon and Tsungming Island are now in a condition of very exceptional instability. Sudden changes are liable to occur of such a nature as to render the existing buoyage unreliable. Two revenue steamers are now engaged in examining the area concerned, and notice of changes discovered will be issued as soon as possible. In the meantime vessels in navigating these channels should exercise every possible precaution.
