NOTICE is hereby given that, the Master of the S.S. Charon reports having touched. bottom in Lat. 20° 26" S., Long, 117° 40′ E., with the West end of Depuch Island bearing S. 17° E., distance 123 miles, at 6 p.m. on the 2nd October, 1913.
The ship's draft at the time was 16 feet 6 inches.

No. S. 382.-It is hereby notified, in accordance with Section 168 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, No. 1 of 1903, that the Government proposes to erect an underground trough closet latrine in Kat Cheung Street in the bank of Blake Gardens opposite. Inland Lots 1454 and 1455.
If any owner or occupier of property in the immediate vicinity of such site objects to such erection, such objection must be sent in writing to the Colonial Secretary so as to reach his office not later than Monday, the 29th December, 1913.
Such objection must state the reasons and specify the property with regard to the ownership or occupation of which such objection is made and the interest therein of the objector.
