All ships, junks and other vessels are to keep clear of the ranges.

THE following notice has been issued by the Bangkok Harbour Department on the 1st November, 1913:
A wreck or portion of a wreck has been reported in the channel between the Green Buoy and the Sunken Junks Lightship about 50 to 75 feet S. W. of the Green Buoy.
Masters are advised to navigate their vessels in the middle of the channel or as close as possible to the Lightship until this wreck is removed.”

THE master of the French S.S. Hue reports having passed on the 17th instant at 2.40 a.m. a capsized junk in Lat. 21° 44′ North and Long. 113° 21′ East which is a danger to navigation.

NOTICE is hereby given that the following buoy will be moored in a few days off Nojima-zaki lighthouse, Awa province, Chiba prefecture.
NOJIMA-ZAKI SUBMARINE SIGNAL BUOY.
The buoy is composed of, iron frustum of cone, painted red, surmounted by a lattice- work, supporting a lantern and a bell, while a submarine bell hanged into the water under the the 18 shaku from the sea level.
