Application for Registration of a Trade Mark,

NOTICE is hereby given that that KAM

HING KNITTING COMPANY, LIMITED, whose registered office is at No. 24 Haiphong Road in the Dependency of Kowloon and Colony of Hongkong, Manufacturers of Cotton and Woollen Goods have. on the 24th day of October, 1913, applied for the registration, in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :-

The representation of an arched bridge coloured in gold spanning a rippling river on whose right bank stands a willow tree in green which conceals part of the bridge. On the left bank of the river is another willow tree in green.

On the back ground appear a green and yellow patch of land, a green hill the top of which is coloured pink and a blue sky, the whole (ex. cept the bottom part) being sur- rounded by a border of bamboo leaves in gold. At the top are the three Chinese characters, in red

"meaning "the bridge|

and willow mark." On the right hand side are the following Chinese

characters in red “香港金典

" meaning “ HONGKONG,

KAM HING KNITTING MANUFAC TOKY." On the left hand side are the following Chinese characters in red

in the name of the said KAM HING KNITTING COMPANY, LIMITED. who claim to be the sole Proprietors thereof.

The said Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants in respect of Gloves, Hosiery and Underwears in Class 38.

A Facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks, Hongkong, and also at the Office of the undersigned.
