No. S. 353.-It is hereby notified that the following Sales of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the District Land Office, Tai Po, at 11 a.m.,. on Friday, the 14th day of November, 1913.
The Lots are sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent as Building Lots subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 365 of 1906 and to the Special Conditions hereunder specified.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
1. The purchasers if other than the owner of Lots 4348, 4347, 4350 and 4351 shall construct to the satisfaction of the District Officer a service path of a width not less than 8 feet along the South-Eastern margin and within the lots sold in order to give access to the other lots on the hill.
2. If the three lots are purchased by the owner of Lots 434%, 4347, 4350 and 4351 he shall within the space of two years expend in rateable improvements a sum of $2,500 for the first acre and an additional sum of $1,000 for each additional acre on the above mentioned Lots.
If the three lots are purchased by any person other than the owner of the above men- tioned lots the purchaser shall within the space of two years expend in rateable improvements a sum of $2,500 in respect of each Lot.
