OTICE is hereby given that the Order of the Supreme Court of Hongkong dated the 4th day of October, 1913. confirming the reduction of the Capital of the above named Company from $751:845.00 to $875,922.50 and the Minute approved by the Court shewing with respect to the capital of the Company as altered the several particulars required by the above Ordinance were registered by the Regis- trar of Companies on the 8th day of October, 1913.
And further take notice that the said Minute is in the words and figures following :
"The Capital of The CENTRAL STORES "LIMITED and Reduced is henceforth

‘$375,922.50 divided into 50,000 ordi-
nary shares and 123 founders shares "of $7.50 each. At the time of the "registration of this Minute the sum "of $7.50 has been and is deemed to "be paid up on each of the suid "shares".
