Application for Registration of a Trade Mark.
OTICE is hereby given that JOHN WALKER BOLLES, Attorney for the STANDARD OIL COMPANY OF NEW YORK, with offices in Hotel Alansions, Hongkong, has on the 22nd day of August, 1913, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark :-
The Mark is rectangular in form and consists of the representation of an aeroplane in flight surmounted with the words "Aero Spirit", and sub- joined the words "Highest Quality for Automobile and Aeroplane". Underneath this
the words "Standard Oil Co. of New York, New York, U.S.A.",
are
in the name of the STANDARD OIL COMPANY OF NEW YORK, who claim to be the sole pro- prietors thereof.
The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants forthwith in respect of the following goods :—
Illuminating heating or labricating Oils,
in Class 47.
This Trade Mark is to be associated with Trade Mark No. 102 of 1913.

has. by virtue of Section 58 of the Probates Ordinance, 1897, made an Order limiting the time for sending in claims against the above estate to the 27th day of September, 1913.

The Trade Mark consists of "Two Old Men cach, with a Bundle on his shoulder standing facing each other on a single Plank across a stream," in the name of W. R., LOXLEY & Coa who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

of Hosiery Goods of No. 97, Minami-Kyutaro- machi 4-Chome, Osaka in the Empire of Japan, have on the 24th day of July, 1913, applied for the registration, in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark viz.:-
A double line triangle with the letters C. K. in the centre of the same and an imitation of a screw head in each corner thereof,
in the name of the said C. KAMON & SONS who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.
The applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the letters C. K. appearing in the centre of the said Mark.
