Creditors applying for payment must pro- duce any bills of exchange or other securities held by them and must sign a receipt in the prescribed form.

At the First General Meeting the Creditors will be asked to consider whether the Debtor shall be adjudged Bankrupt.

1. This Trade Mark consists of Two Dogs pulling in opposition a Felt Hat. The words RESTITI-RESISTO-RESIS- TAM and G. B. BORSALINO FU LAZ- ZARO & C. ALESSANDRIA-ITALIA are included in the Trade Mark.

2. This Trade Mark consists in a circular ornamental design bearing in the middle the word ZENIT and in a circular position the name of the Firm G. B. BORSALINO FU LAZZARO & C. ALESSANDRIA-ITALIA.

3. This Trade Mark consists in a simple square bearing the name of the Firm G. B. BORSALINO & C. ALESSANDRIA- ITALIA surmounted by a semi-circu- lar ornamental design including the words QUAITA FINA,

in the name of G. B. BORSALINO FU LAZZARO & C. who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The three Trade Marks are intended to be used by G. B. BORSALINO FU LAZZARO & C. forthwith in respect of Felt Hats, in Class No. 38.
