The Inner, or Fairway, Buoy has been shifted about 1 cable S.E. by E. from its former position, is painted black, and marks the port side of the channel for vessels bound up river. The Buoy is now moored in 10 feet at low water of spring tides, and will be known as the Inner Buoy.

All bearings given are magnetic.
