ENTITLED

An Ordinance to amend the Compames Ordi-

nance, 1911.

BE it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Companies Short title. Amendment Ordinance, 1913, and shall be read as one with the Companies Ordinance, 1. 11, (hereinafter called the Principal Ordinance), and this Ordinance and the Principal Ordinance may be cited together as the Companies Ordin- naces, 1911 and 1913.

2. Section 3 of the Principal Ordinance is hereby Amendment amended by the insertion of the words "which must be in of section 3 the English language" between the words
