OTICE is hereby given that Messrs.
PETER F. HEERING have on the 26th day of September, 1912, applied for the regis- tration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark namely:- The Device of a label on which appears
the name "Heering" in large type. Above are grouped 8 medals over which appears a facsimile signature | of the firm name. Below are the words " 'Cherry Brandy" and above are two coats of arms,
in the name of Messrs. PETER F. ¡EERING of Overgade Neden Vandet No. 166 Copenhagen, Denmark, Manufacturers, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.
The Applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the two coats of arms.
The Trade Mark has been used in respect of Cherry Brandy in Class 43.
