Tan Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Com- pany, duly convened and held at the Palace Hotel, Shanghai, on Wednesday, the 26th day of March, 1913, the following Extraordinary Resolutions were duly passed; and at a Second Extraordinary Meeting of the said Company, duly convened and held at the same place, on Friday, the 11th day of April, 1913, were duly confirmed :--

"1. That it is desirable to reconstruct the "Company and accordingly that the "Company be wound up voluntarily

"and that GODFREY HEATHCOTE "THOMSON be and he is hereby ap- "pointed Liquidator for the purposes "of such winding up.

"2. That the said Liquidator be and he is hereby authorised to consent to "the registration of a new company to be named The KOCHIEN TRANS- "PURTATION AND TOW BOAT COM- "PANY, LIMITED, with Memorandum "and Articles of Association which have already been prepared with the privity and approval of the "Directors of this Company.

3. That the draft Agreement submitted "to this Meeting and expressed to be "made between this Company and its Liquidator of the one part and "the new company of the other part "be and the same is hereby approved "and that the said Liquidator be and "he is hereby authorised pursuant to "Section 185 of the Companies Or- "dinance 1911 to enter into an agree- "ment with such new Company (when "incorporated) in the terms of the "said draft and to carry the same "into effect with such (if any) modi- "fications as he thinks expedient."

NOTICE is hereby given that WILLIAM GOSSAGE AND SONS LIMITED of Wid- nes in the County of Lancaster, England, have on the 1st day of April, 1913, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Re- gister of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark:-

The Trade Mark consists of the represen- tation of the device or symbol com- monly known as a "Swastika" with the name "Swastika" printed under- neath,

in the name of WILLIAM GOSSAGE AND SONS LIMITED who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap- plicants in respect of Common Soap in Class 47 since 16th January, 1913.
