Application for Registration of

a Trade Mark.

NOTICE is bereby given that FLETCHER,

FLETCHER &.Co., LTD, of Vibrona Laboratories, Thane Road, Holloway, London, N., England; Manufacturing Chemists, have on the 17th day of April, 1913. applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark :—

VIBRONA

in the name of FLETCHER, FLETCHER & CO. LTD., who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap- plicants and their predecessors in cusiness, in respect of Chemical Substances Prepared for Use in Medicine and Pharmacy, since the year 1895, in Class 3, and also in respect of Fermented Liquors and Spirits, since the year 1895, in 1 Class 43.

A facsimile of the Trade Mark can be seen at the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hongkong and also at the Office of the Undersigned.
