No. S. 115.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Repairs to No. 8 Police Launch", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Friday, the 2nd proximo.

Specifications can be obtained at the Government Marine Surveyor's Office.

Repairs to be executed to the satisfaction of the Government Marine Surveyor.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

TSINGTAU.

Fog-signal Station Established on the Island of Taikungtao.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Fog-signal Station has been established and is now opera- ting on the Island of Taikungtao, at the entrance of Kiaochow Bay.

The Signal is a detonating one, and consists of two shots fired in quick succession every 10 minutes during the period of fog. As soon as, and as long as, the fog signal from a vessel under way is heard, the double shot is fired every 5 minutės.

The time intervals may not be counted upon to be kept quite exactly.

This Notice is issued on information received from the Imperial German Government at Tsingtau.
