A label bearing the Device of a "Boars

Head" and the words Gordon and Company's Dry Gin Distillery, Lon- don,

in the name of TANQUERAY GORDON AND COMPANY LIMITED of 132 Goswell Road, London, England, Distillers, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of Spirituous Liquors and Cordials since the year 1864, in Class 43.

Shanghai, China, Tobacco Manufacturers, have on the 4th day of February, 1913, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following mark :-

The Trade Mark consists of two flowers of the Peony order with a wreath be- tween such two flowers encircling a nondescript character with the words "Middle Flower Nation" and Chinese

interpretation (國華中) above

OTI E is hereby given that the BRITISH IGARETTE COMPANY, LIMITED, (a Company registered under the laws of Hong- kong) of 18 Bank Buildings, Hongkong, and 22, Museum Road, Shanghai, China, Tobacco. Manufacturers, have on the 5th day of Feb- ruary, 1913, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following mark :~

The Trade Mark consists of an oblong panel in the centre of which is an inset of peculiar design surrounded by a grape-vine. In the centre of this. inset a bunch of grapes is depicted: At the top of the panel are the words GOLDEN GRAPES, and at the foot the Company's name:
