The Trade Mark consists of a panel in the centre of which is depicted a Dog standing on a patch of turf. At the top of this panel are the words BULL DOG, and at the foot the Company's name and Trade Mark of peculiar design

Manufactured Tobacco, in Class 45. The above mentioned Mark is to be asso- ciated with the Trade Marks Golden Rod "Two Fish" and Purple Mountain ".

A large Oblong picture on the top of which are the 3 Chinese characters

(meaning “Fung Sik Chi"; the picture is surrounded by Bamboos wreathed in foliage. the centre is a small ovular oblong containing the 3 Chinese characters

in the name of the said WING YU CHEONG Cracker Firm who claim to be the proprie- tors thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of Fire Crackers since the year 1909, in Class 20.

The above Trade Mark is associated with Trade Mark No. 9 of 1913.
