NOTICE is hereby given that WA
TYZACK & Co.. of Stella Works, Here- ford Street, Sheffield. England, Manufacturers, have on the 4th day of February, 1913 applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Regis- ter of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark:-
HORSEMAN
in the name of W. A. TYZACK & Co., who claim to be the Proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants and their predecessors in business since the year 1836 in respect of the following good:-
Scythes, Hay Knives, Straw Knives, Reaping and other similar Hooks, Sickles, Reaping Knives, Files, Saws and Edge Tools, in Class 12.

The Trade Mark consists of two flowers of the Peony order with a wreath be- tween such two flowers encircling a nondescript character with the words "Middle Flower Nation" and Chinese
interpretation() above and the Company's name below: in the name of the BRITISH CIGARETTE COM- PANY, LIMITED, (a Company registered under the laws of Hongkong) of 18 Bank Buildings, Hongkong, and 22 Museum Road, Shanghai, China, Tobacco Manufacturers, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants forthwith in respect of the following goods :--
Manufactured Tobacco, in Class 45.

kong) of 18 Bank Buildings, Hongkong, and 22, Museum Road, Shanghai, China, Tobacco Manufacturers, have on the 5th day of Feb- ruary, 1913, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following mark :-
The Trade Mark consists of an oblong panel in the centre of which is an inset of peculiar design surrounded by a grape-vine. In the centre of this inset a bunch of grapes is depicted : At the top of the panel are the words GOLDEN GRAPES, and at the foot the Company's name:
