No. S. 73.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Erection of Tai O Market", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 31st March, 1913, for the preparation of site and the erection of a Market at Tai O.
No work will be permitted on Sundays.

NOTICES TO MARINEKS.
INFORMATION has been received from the Coast Inspector, Maritime Customs, Shanghai, that a recent survey of the south-eastern approach to Taishek Barrier, Back Reach, Canton River, shows that the shoal to the south eastward of the Barrier has extended down river to abreast of Hamilton Creek, and has a least depth of 4 feet of water over it at low water of spring tides.
