NOTICE is hereby given that in com-
pliance with Section 179 of the Com- panies Ordinance, 1865, a General Meeting of the abovenamed Company will be held at 10 Canton Road, Shanghai, on the 17th day of March, 1913, at.4 o'clock precisely, for the purpose of having the accounts of the liquida- tor, showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, laid before such meeting, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator and also of determining by Extraordinary Resolution the manner in which the Books, Accounts and Documents of the Company and of the Li- quidator thereof, shall be disposed of.
