has, by virtue of Section 58 of the Probates Ordinance. 1897, (No. 2 of 1897), made an order limiting the time for sending in claims to or against the above estate to the 14th day of March, 1913.

Creditors and claimants are hereby required to send their claims to the undersigned by the above date.

Tan Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of The SHANGHAI ICE, COLD STORAGE AND REFRIGERATION CO., LTD., duly convened and held at No. 1, Yuen Ming Yuen Road, Shanghai, on the 21st day of January, 1913, the following Special Resolu- tion was duly passed, and at a subsequent Extraordinary General Meeting of the Mem- bers of the said Company also duly convened and held at the same place on the 11th day of February, 1913, the following Special Resolu- tion was duly confirmed :-

"That the Directors or the Liquidators of
