Application for Registration of Trade Mark.

NOTICE is hereby given that the CENTEN-

NIAL MILL COMPANY of Seattle, in the State of Washington, in the United States of America, Merchant Millers, have, on the 11th day of December, 1912, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark :-

The representation of a Pink flower sur- rounded by nine coloured fancy seals all intertwined-three being coloured Yellow. three Light Green and three Light Blue-the seals are placed alter- nately Yellow, Light Green and Light Blue. Above the said representation appear the device of four hearts of a reddish colour bearing the Chinese

Kau Tsz Lin Wan meaning "The nine joined rings" and the name "Fung On". Below the said repre- sentation appear the words "Nine Seals" and the name "Centennial

Mill Co.". On the right hand side of the mark appear the Chinese charac-

ters 幼白妤根麵粉 rend-

ing Yau Pak Ho Kan Min Fan

meaning Fine white good gluten

flour and on the left hand side of the

mark appear the Chinese characters

Hongkong Fung On Suen Chong meaning Hongkong Fung On's Choice Quality,

in the name of the CENTENNIAL MILL COM- PANY who claim to be the proprietors thereof. The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants forthwith in respect of the following goods :--

Flour, in Class 42.
