TOTICE is hereby given that ABDOOLCADER MOOLLA ESSABHOY of No. 9 Zetland >treet, Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong, Merchant. trading under the style or firm name of A. M. The above Trake Mark No. 1 has been used by the applicant since June, 1912, No. 2 since August, 1912, Nos. 3 and 4, since October, 1912, in respect of Cotton Yarn in Class 23; Nos, 5 and 6 have not hitherto been used by the applicant in respect of Cotton Yarn in Class 23, but it is his intention so to use them forthwith.

OTICE is hereby given that the CHINA FOREIGN KNITTING COMPANY, LI- MITED, of No. 276 Des Voeux Road Central Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong have, on the 18th and 19th days of October, 1912, applied for the registration, in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks respectively, rız. :—
