TOTICE is hereby given that ABDOOLCADER MOOLLA ESSABHOY of No. 9 Zetland >treet, Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong, Merchant. trading under the style or firm name of A. M. ESSABHOY", has on the 8th day of November. 1912, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Marks:-

The above Trake Mark No. 1 has been used by the applicant since June, 1912, No. 2 since August, 1912, Nos. 3 and 4, since October, 1912, in respect of Cotton Yarn in Class 23; Nos, 5 and 6 have not hitherto been used by the applicant in respect of Cotton Yarn in Class 23, but it is his intention so to use them forthwith.

OTICE is hereby given that the CHINA FOREIGN KNITTING COMPANY, LI- MITED, of No. 276 Des Voeux Road Central Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong have, on the 18th and 19th days of October, 1912, applied for the registration, in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks respectively, rız. :—

A device consisting of two flying cupids holding between them a string on which is suspended in the centre a conventional circular figure bearing the words "CHINA FOREIGN KNIT- TING COMPANY LIMITED", At each side are globes suspende from the string, that on the right bearing the words Arts and Crafts Exhibition Hongkong Sovember 1906" and that on the left the Chinese characters
