and Commission Agents, have on the 19th day of November, 1912, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark :-
The Trade Mark consists of a label in the
form of a shield having a diagonal bar across, on which are the distinc-
tive words "Crown Brand", the upper and lower spaces having repre- sentation of a Crown and the Chinese

in the name of HARRY WICKING & COMPANY, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The said Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants forthwith in respect of Clothing of all kinds, in Class 38.
