VICTORIA HARBOUR-OFF NORTH SHORE OF HONG KONG.

Surface Obstruction Being Laid.

Details.-(a) A surface obstruction is being laid about 300 to 500 yards off the North Shore of Hong Kong extending from Green Island to the Naval Dockyard at Hong Kong.

(b) Passage for all craft through this obstruction will only be permitted through two gaps which will be situated opposite to the China Merchants Pier and the Star Ferry Pier at Hong Kong respectively.

Details.-The following Government Harbour Buoys are out of use.
