in the name of Lee Yenk Chuen trading as the Shee Lee Wo Company, who claims to be the proprietor thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicant in respect of pinnatifida cakes in Class 42.

A facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
