Foreign Attachment returnable on the 18th day of December, 1941, against all the pro- perty movable and immovable of the above- named first defendant, Pang On alias Pang Wah Yau within the Colony, has been issued in this action pursuant to the Provisions of Chapter XVII of "The Hong Kong Code of Civil Pro- cedure" and that the time for appearance be limited to 4 weeks from the 21st day of November, 1941.

N pursuance of Section 3 of the Fraudulent Transfer of Business Ordinance, No. 25 of 1923. Notice is hereby given that Luk King Tong and Luk Shiu Fan both of No. 794, Nathan Road. Kowloon in the Colony of Hong Kong carrying on business as Grocers and General Agents at No 286, Laichikok Road, Shumshuipo, in the Colony of Hong Kong under the firm name of Dozen Company,

Elgin Street 3rd floor, Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong (hereinafter called the Transferee" the business of the said Dozen Company, including the goodwill, signboard. furniture, fixtures, fittings, implements and all other assets of the Transferors of and in the said business.
