Voeux Road West, Victoris in the Colony of Hong Kong, have, by Application dated the 30th day of August, 1941, applied for the re- gistration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marke, of the following Trade Mark:-

AQUARIUM BRAND

in the name of the said Chan Pak Suen, who claims to be the proprietor thereof.

The Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicant in class 38 in respect of underwear singlets but it is his intention so to use it forthwith.

Facsimiles of such Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
