N pursuance of Section 3 of the Fraudulent

of 1923, Notice is hereby given that M. Feroz Din of No. 14, Hankow Road (top floor) in the Dependency of Kowloon the Colony of Hong Kong Merchant (hereinafter called "the Trans- feror") have agreed to sell and transfer to Lincolin Loh of No. 29, Hau Wong Road (ground floor) Gentleman Kowloon aforesaid (hereinafter called "the Transferee") the busi- ness of the said International & Co, at No. 7,

Ice House Street, including the goodwill there. of the signboards benefit of all contracts (if any) and deposits, machinery, implements, utensils, furniture, fixtures and fittings, stock- in-trade and all other assets chattels and effects including all books of account and the benefit (if any) of the tenancy of the premises on which the said Company is now carrying on the said business.

The Transfer will be completed on the 24th day of November, 1941.

The Transferee intends to carry on the said business at the said premises under the style or firm name of International Gent's Supply Company and will not assume any debts or liabilities incurred by the Transferor in con. nection with the said business prior to the 24th day of November, 1941.

NOTICE is hereby given that in pursu-

ance of Section 225 of the Companies Ordinance, 1932, a final general meeting of members of the above named Company will be held on the 22nd day of November, 1941, at 12 o'clock in the forenoon, at No. 28 Bonham Road. Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidators and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company, and of the liquida- tors thereof, shall be disposed of.
